How are orders placed on Bookstime delivered to me?
All orders placed on Bookstime are dispatched through renowned courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, First Flight, India Post etc.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from Bookstime. This mail will have all the details related to the order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders.
Are there any shipping charges on Bookstime?
Bookstime offers free shipping within India on all books. We pay for shipping, octroi duty and other taxes. You only pay the value of the ordered books displayed on the website.
What is the Estimated Delivery Time?
We make sure that we deliver the orders the fastest and depending on the location deliver most of the orders within 2-7 business days.
Does Bookstime deliver products outside the India?
We currently ship books within India. You can place orders from all across the world, but delivery addresses are restricted to India.
How do I check the status of my orders?
Your order status updates to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details.
Again, after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam if not, get an email in your inbox for the status of your order.
In case of any undeclared events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.
How do I track my Orders?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details. Please find the list below:

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?
If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number (*****) and we will be happy to help you.
